What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our international IT team based in Porto, Portugal .

This permanent position offers a hybrid working model with one day per week in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and associated integrations. You will act as a key liaison between end users, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and internal IT teams, ensuring that incidents are effectively managed and business continuity is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related systems.

  • Log, triage, and escalate incidents in accordance with defined support procedures.

  • Collaborate with the International IT Services team to resolve
    - system or complex issues.

  • Document resolutions, root causes, and best practices within the IT Service Management system (Jira).

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with IT controls and security standards.

  • Assist in maintaining system documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials .

  • Support testing activities related to patches, integrations, and system enhancements.

  • Coordinate and deliver user training for new features and process updates.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements .

  • Monitor D365 queues, perform system health checks, and report performance trends.

  • Ensure compliance with Tandem's IT governance, GDPR, and regulatory standards .

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support roles.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in ERP application support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.

  • Experience collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for enterprise support.

  • Proficiency in ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.

  • Strong analytical,
    - solving, and communication
    skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications .

  • Familiarity with Power BI , Microsoft Office 365 , and ERP system integrations .

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to remain composed under pressure.
