Role Overview:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector.

The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry. You will join an international and diverse team.

What you will do:

• Incident, change, and problem management;
• Communication during crises and participation in crisis calls;
• Backlog management of tickets and support requests;
• Preparation of activity reports;
• Constant interaction with technical and operational teams;
• Execution of functional tests (or supervision of execution by other team members);

What you are like:

• Proven experience in Application Support;
• Knowledge of ITIL;
• Financial knowledge;
