? We are looking for an Application Support Analyst

Main Tasks:

• Act as a point of contact for users, IT teams, and traders regarding access management topics
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues related to global access management
• Respond to user requirements and communicate with stakeholders across various levels
• Document production issues, analyses, and solutions in a clear and structured manner
• Create and update reports or data extractions based on user needs using internal tools
• Ensure system and support availability through close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and production teams

Main Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of financial products
• Minimum SQL skills
• Ability to interact with various users
• Previous support experience is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory
