We are looking for a Junior/Mid Application Support for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks

• Resolving incidents;
• Answering user requests;
• Monitoring production environments;
• Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical);
• Continuous Improvement mindset;
• Automation of existing processes suggestions.

Technical Skills:

• Linux and SQL - mandatory
• ITIL
• Dynatrace (plus)
• Ansible (plus)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon (Portugal)

Language: English proficiency and French is a plus

Salary package & benefits: 870€ to 1. 500€ (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
