Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Focused mainly on process development and automation
• Application Support
• Develop tools and processes in the scope of service management
• Analyze, document and improve internal processes and tools
• Know the application flows and their functional analysis

Skills

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas
• Good knowledge on SQL
• Good knowledge on scripting languages (e. g. , Python, Shell Script)
• Experience in using Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in application support
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
• Good
  - solving and analytical skills
• Pro-activity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
• Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
