Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support - AS400 professional with:

• Total 5+ years of overall IT experience;
• Total 2+ years of experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange);
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first &
  - line (L1 and L2 support);
• Experience with AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills;
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis;
• Good level of English;
• On-site in Lisbon.

To be considered unique, you’ll have:

• Familiarity with Production support tools like Service
  Now and JIRA is a plus.
