• Provide Level 1 support for
  - critical applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
• Monitor system performance and ensure application stability
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
• Maintain documentation and support procedures
• Ensure timely communication with users and stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or a similar role
• Strong
  - solving skills and
  - focused mindset
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or integrations (a plus)
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work
  - site 3 times per week at Lagoas Park
