Qualifications

• Bachelor-'s Degree in IT or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience as an Application Support Engineer
• Experience supporting IBM mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, IMS)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release
• Experience configuring Saa
  S applications based on business needs
• Fluency in English, written and spoken (C1 Level); French is a plus
• Availability for a hybrid work model, in Porto (Portugal)
