1. Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
2. 4+ years of professional experience as an Application Support Engineer
3. Experience supporting IBM mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, IMS)
4. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
5. Ability to perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance
6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release
7. Experience configuring Saa
   S applications based on business needs
8. Fluency in English, written and spoken (C1 Level) and French (bonus)
9. Availability for a hybrid work model, in Porto (Portugal)
