For this position, the ideal Rhino should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
• 4+ years of experience as an Application Support Engineer
• Experience supporting IBM mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, IMS)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release
• Experience configuring Saa
  S applications based on business needs
• Fluency in English (C1 level); French is a bonus
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal
