What do you need to be SMART?

• Experience as an Application Support Engineer, Production Support, or similar role
• Strong experience working in Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and Power
  Shell
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins
• Familiarity with release and deployment tools such as XL Deploy and XL Release
• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Understanding of application lifecycle, deployments, and production support processes
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and
  - technical teams

What will your role be at SMART?

• Provide L2/L3 application support for critical systems
• Monitor applications and respond to incidents to ensure system availability and performance
• Support and execute application releases and deployments
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks
• Collaborate closely with development and Dev
  Ops teams
• Document procedures, incidents, and operational processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability
