YOUR ROLE
- Resolving incidents and answering user requests;
- Advancing automation processes along with the project team;
- Monitoring production environments and developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical);
- Contributing to the setup of the Lisbon Team (Process, Tools, Efficiency, etc. );
- Supporting, Incident, Problem, and Change management - providing updates, managing priorities, acting on crises, and fostering data quality within scope; autonomously handling BAU tasks; developing resolutions via
- solving capabilities; acting quickly, proactively, and preventively to avoid future incidents; - Seeking opportunities to automate manual workloads and improve scope stability inside Production;
- Supporting deployment of new tools and methods such as Dev
Ops, Agile, and Move2Cloud in business and production teams.
YOUR PROFILE
- IT knowledge (Ansible, Linux, SQL, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes, monitoring/Dynatrace);
- Experience with Agile & Dev
Ops culture; knowledge of ITIL best practices; - Experience with AS400 and Unix troubleshooting;
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills;
- Knowledge of Red
Hat Linux; - Experience with Continuous Delivery, automation of deployments, rollbacks;
- Cloud experience with Kubernetes and managed services (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud); middleware knowledge (VIP, WAF, RDBMS, No
SQL, File Storage).
