We are looking for an Application Support Engineer - PL / SQL for a Hybrid position in Porto.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics, or Finance
• Passion and experience in 1st and 2nd IT Support role related tasks
• Excellent debugging and
  - solving capabilities, efficient
  - tasking in a
  - paced, constantly evolving environment
• Empathy and ownership of customer issues
• Strong interpersonal, relationship, management, and communication skills
• Ability to promote process improvement
• Proven experience in PL / SQL and SQL programming languages
• Understanding of
  - oriented languages
• Familiarity with basic Financial concepts
• Experience with Oracle; Hive database (nice to have)
• Experience with VBA; SQL Workbench; Git
  Lab, Control-M, Bit
  Bucket; CFT; Jenkins; Kafka; Big Data; Unix; Business Intelligence (nice to have)
• Familiarity with basic ITIL (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence (nice to have)
• Knowledge of French (nice to have)
• Proficient in English (min B2)
