About the job

We're looking for a
Senior Application Support Engineerwith a strong
SRE mindsetto ensure the stability and performance of our critical applications. You'll blend strong technical support with Dev
Ops principles, focusing on proactive reliability and automation.

We will rely on you to:

Providesenior-level technical and functional supportfor complex applications.

Leadincident resolutionand
- depth root cause analysis.

Develop
Shell and Python scriptsfor automation and efficiency.

Apply
Dev
Ops best practicesto improve system reliability.

Monitor and troubleshoot using
Elasticsearch(ELK Stack) and Grafana.

Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.

What we're looking for:

5+ yearsin Application Support, Dev
Ops, or SRE roles.

Expertise in Linux/Unixenvironments and troubleshooting.

Strong Shell and Python scriptingabilities.

Solid understanding of
Dev
Ops principles.

Proven experience with
Elasticsearch(ELK Stack) and Grafana.

Excellent
- solving and communication skills.

Fluent in English.
