Manage systems, databases, and network operations. Maintain and support applications, ensuring quality of service (Qo
S). Collaborate with our technical team as an experienced application administrator. Oversee ticketing, incident, problem, and change management in a large enterprise environment. Automate manual procedures to improve efficiency. Create, update, and enhance operational and implementation guidelines, along with necessary documentation. Ensure high availability and compliance of applications. Configure and monitor services on preproduction and production servers. Assist the test team with file integrations, analysis, and KPI tracking. Produce reports and KPIs on demand using Oracle SQL. Manage applicative users effectively. Qualifications / Skills
Extensive experience in application administration and monitoring. Proficiency in managing ticketing, incidents, problems, and changes in a corporate setting. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, scripting, and integration with
- source technologies such as Apache and Git
Hub. Automating workflows and procedures. Configuring, monitoring environments, and applicative user management. Proactive
