Responsibilities

• Ensure the operationalization and maintenance of applications developed in C# and Angular;
• Manage the deployment and configuration process for solutions (C#, Angular, SQL, App Insights);
• Perform code analysis and log inspection for effective incident resolution;
• Monitor performance using tools such as App Insights and optimize processes;
• Ensure the application of ITIL best practices in all incident and problem management.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Log analytics and App Insights for monitoring and troubleshooting;
• Experience with C# (. Net Core) and Angular
  Js;
• Past experience in software error resolution, updates, patches, and application changes;
• Proven ITIL certification;
• Azure certifications (demonstration of cloud skills);
• SQL certification (proof of proficiency in T-SQL).
