Application Support Engineer

Join our team at AXA GO AML, where you will work alongside the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) operations team. We utilize Netreveal, an external software solution distributed by Symphony AI, to enhance our
- money laundering efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage systems, databases, and network operations.
- Maintain and support applications, ensuring quality of service (Qo
S). - Collaborate with our technical team as an experienced application administrator.
- Oversee ticketing, incident, problem, and change management in a large enterprise environment.
- Automate manual procedures to improve efficiency.
- Create, update, and enhance operational and implementation guidelines, along with necessary documentation.
- Ensure high availability and compliance of applications.
- Configure and monitor services on preproduction and production servers.
- Assist the test team with file integrations, analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Produce reports and KPIs on demand using Oracle SQL.
- Manage applicative users effectively.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in managing and monitoring applications, ensuring high availability and compliance.
- Experience with ticketing, incident, problem, and change management.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, scripting, and integration with
- source technologies such as Apache and Git
Hub. - Ability to automate workflows and procedures.
- Experience in configuring, monitoring environments, and applicative user management.
- Proactive
- solving and strong communication skills (French) and teamwork.
