Application Support Engineer
Noesis is looking for a Support Engineer, for that unique professional who thrives on solving problems and is excited about taking on new challenges. There is the need for a capacity to keep up with new technology and support of a transformation program. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow - up, effective time management, and unbeatable customer service with exceptional communication skills. Requirements:
* Experience in supporting Digital Channels and Marketplace applications, developed in the context of
- sites and distributed architecture by APIs / Micro- Services * Experience of working with ITSM systems ( Service Now /. . . ) * Basic knowledge of SQL * Experience of working with APM ( Dynatrace /. . . ) preferred * Experience from the user's point of view consulting logs in Kibana preferred * Python programming experience preferred * Availability to provide
