Role Overview:

We are looking for an Application Engineer (Support) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading digital solutions provider specialized in delivering innovative technology services for major international organizations.

What you will do:

• Implement custom configurations based on Line of Business (Lo
B) requirements.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to team deliveries and business applications.

• Troubleshoot and debug flows related to WCC, PCRME, and Order Management (OM+).

• Analyze logs to identify and document root causes of incidents (RCA).

• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across systems (e. g. , Git
Lab, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines).

• Resolve technical issues affecting key components such as OM+, Web Center Content, and PCRME.

• Develop or maintain automation and tooling scripts.

• Validate configuration changes and support production deployments.

• Provide RCA documentation to prevent future incidents.

• Contribute to team knowledge base by maintaining

- date technical documentation.

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in application support, scripting, or configuration roles.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems or support engineering environments.

• Proficiency with WCC (Web
Center Content), OM+, and PCRME.

• Experience with Git
Lab and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Pipelines).

• Ability to script and develop automation tools.

• Strong
- solving mindset and attention to detail.
