What are we looking for? Requirements:Technical Skills
Expertise in COTS application deployment and support
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)Proven skills configuring and supporting Atlassian Jira Service Management and familiarity with other Atlassian tools
Proficiency in Linux/Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server (2016–2022)Understanding of cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Entra
ID management
Solid networking knowledge and experience with PKIFamiliarity with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Share
Point)Experience with GENPACT Sequence (Kinetics or Cora), CITI Manage ID, and HR IT systems
Proficiency in application lifecycle and configuration management, testing, release processes
Familiarity with technologies: HTML5, REST, Web Services, XML, SQL, VBA, . NET, C#, Java, Java
Script
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer-focused, with a patient and empathetic approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support tickets effectively
Team player with

Fluent in English; French is a plus
