We are looking for a Mid / Senior Application Support to join us in Porto.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios.
2. Maintain proper coverage during designated shifts.
3. Voluntarily pick up work and tasks received via email, tickets, or in person.
4. Provide updates on issues, tasks, or projects to business, team members, and other partnering teams.
5. Document and train other team members.
6. Shadow other team members and seek to learn to improve
   -
   - day coverage of platforms.
7. Share knowledge within the team and document issues/incidents for better
   - up.
8. Improve
   -
   - day tasks by scripting and automating
   - oriented tasks.
9. Contribute to better
   - release checkouts.
10. Understand underlying issues, associated patches/releases, and identify systemic problems.
11. Availability to work during holidays and weekends as per
    - defined needs and on a rotational basis with the team.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows, and Linux environments.
2. Good SQL skills (Sybase, Oracle, or Microsoft) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
3. Understanding of ITIL is a plus.
4. Knowledge of Ansible is also a plus.
5. Fluency in English (at least B2 level).
