Hexa Consulting is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and issue resolution across complex environments for our clients.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles
• Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, and My
  SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
• Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, Unix, and Red
  Hat environments
• Experience in monitoring application performance and investigating incidents and root causes
• Ability to troubleshoot middleware, databases, logs, services, and integration points
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Power
  Shell, etc. ) is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change management) is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interface with development teams, users, and infrastructure teams
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
