Syone is looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure effective and responsive first and
- level support for all applications under its scope, providing technical assistance and maintaining application stability.

What you would do:

• Support the business by understanding IT needs, workflows, and scenarios;
• Provide timely updates on issues, tasks, and projects to the business, team members, and partner teams;
• Analyze underlying issues, assess associated patch fixes/releases, and identify systemic problems;
• Contribute to improving
  - release checkouts and operational processes;
• Enhance daily operations by writing scripts and automating
  - oriented tasks;
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure smooth application performance and delivery.

What you need to bring:

• Strong knowledge of Red
  Hat Linux and general IT infrastructure, with the ability to request infrastructure changes or L3 support;
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools (preferably Dynatrace );
• Experience with cloud environments : Kubernetes and
  - managed services (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud), middleware (VIP, WAF), and databases (RDBMS, No
  SQL, File Storage);
• Knowledge of databases / Oracle Exadata and ETL tools (IBM Data
  Stage);
• Experience in Continuous Delivery , including industrialization, automation of deployments, rollbacks, and release management;
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
