We seek a Application Support Engineer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

We’re hiring: Application Support Engineer (Expert Level)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer (3 – Expert level) to join our international team and ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our applications.

What you’ll do

• Guarantee application stability & availability , monitoring and maintaining
  - performance systems.
• Actively participate in incident management (P1/P2 INCs, RCA), problem resolution, and ensure ITIL governance and SLA compliance.
• Execute change requests & deployments following ITIL and Dev
  Ops practices.
• Provide technical support , acting as a point of contact for Development teams and collaborating with Scrum teams on enhancements and fixes.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and share knowledge across global support teams.
• Implement and optimize monitoring tools (Dynatrace, ELK, etc. ) and promote observability practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations , ensuring 24/7 availability for critical applications.

Technical Skills

• Application Servers & APIs : Red
  Hat JBoss EAP 6. 4/7. 0, API Gateway, Open
  Shift (microservices).
• OS : RHEL Linux (expert).
• Monitoring & Tooling : Dynatrace, ELK, CI/CD (Git
  Lab, Jenkins, Argo
  CD, Nexus Sonatype).
• Databases : MSSQL Server, Postgre
  SQL (practice).
• Cloud Environments (practice).
