The division
Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with
- driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management,

- day operations management, and entities proximity management.
The department / team
You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its “IT for Business” duty, our department designs, builds and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions, organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance).

- Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions
- Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes
- Leveraging a market leading
- shored delivery model - Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model
- edge technologies and engage in activities that relate directly with business processes and functions, working together with the colleagues from the Group Corporate departments.
About The Job
Main missions
- Manage systems, databases, and network operations.
- Maintain and support applications, ensuring quality of service (Qo
S). - Collaborate with our technical team as an experienced application administrator.
- Oversee ticketing, incident, problem, and change management in a large enterprise environment.
- Automate manual procedures to improve efficiency.
- Create, update, and enhance operational and implementation guidelines, along with necessary documentation.
- Ensure high availability and compliance of applications.
- Configure and monitor services on preproduction and production servers.
- Assist the test team with file integrations, analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Produce reports and KPIs on demand using Oracle SQL.
- Manage applicative users effectively.
Skills
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Extensive experience in managing and monitoring applications, ensuring high availability and compliance.
- Ticketing, incident, problem, and change management.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, scripting, and integration with
- source technologies such as Apache and Git
Hub. - Automating workflows and procedures.
- Configuring, monitoring environments, and applicative user management.
- Proactive
- solving and strong communication skills (French) and teamwork. - Applicative user management.
- Machine learning and AI : knowledge in appliying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Profesionnal English proficiency.
