Responsibilities:

• Application support for IT services (Time management application) & other Digital People Solutions platforms
• Incident management - provider controlling
• Incident resolution within supported applications (incidents, queries & service requests)
• Providing
  -
  - end customer experience as a single point of contact
• Documenting relevant application support information, including use cases and identifying improvements or outdated documentation
• Sharing knowledge within the team regarding supported applications and activities

Must Have:

• Fluent in English and German (spoken, written, and reading)
• Experience in help desk/application support, including incident management tools
• Technical analysis experience regarding IT applications
• Experience with
  - based services (Saa
  S) is a plus
• Relevant Service
  Now experience is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with partners
• ITIL certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
• European Union citizenship or Portuguese work visa/residency
• Availability to work in the office once a week
