Responsibilities:

1. Application support for IT services (Time management application) & other Digital People Solutions platforms

2. Incident Management - Provider Controlling

3. Incident resolution within supported applications (incidents, queries & service requests)

4. Providing a single

- end customer experience

5. Documenting relevant application support information, creating use cases, and identifying improvements

6. Sharing knowledge within the team regarding applications and activities

You must have:

- Fluent in English and German (spoken, read, written)

- Experience in Help Desk / Application Support, including incident management tools

- Technical analysis experience regarding IT applications

- Saa
S experience (a plus)

- Relevant Service
Now experience (a plus)

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships

- ITIL certification (a plus)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency
