**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide technical support to internal users and address each problem accordingly, by monitoring and answering to open tickets submitted through an incident management system;



- Troubleshoot andidentify potential solutions to the problem, in order to solve it directly or, escalate alerts that cannot be resolved within its level to the superior or to the appropriate IT Team;



- Assess internal users’issues and collect related relevant information in order to help troubleshoot or give clarification to those issues helping to solve them;



- Articulate the relationship between the Applications support team and all the stakeholders, users, business departments or other IT departments, ensuring the information alignment;



- Contribute to the implementation of initiatives developed in the Applications areas and work closely with other IT teams, providing relevant information that can be useful for new ideas creation and development. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Degree in IT, Management, Economics, Computer Engineering and Computer Science or related areas;



- Working knowledge of retail operations preferred. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- ERP Systems;



- POS Systems;

- Warehouse Management Systems;



- Store Systems;

- Experience working with SAP support;



- Knowledge of MS Office;

- Experience with SQL (nice to have);



- English B1.
