THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as anApplication Support for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Technical monitoring and control of the applications;
• Incident management, problem, request and change management;
• Functional andtechnical support of
  - scope applications;
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating the production events to end users and stakeholders;
• Delivering the production changes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in similar roles;
• Solid knowledge of
  SQL;
• Experience with
  Oracle;
• Knowledge of
  ITIL;
• Proficiency in
  UNIX/LINUX;
• Familiarity with
  Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets;
• Fluency in both
  Portuguese and English(written & spoken).
