We are looking for an Application Support (Infrastructure) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading global financial institution recognized for its strong international presence, innovation in digital banking, and commitment to delivering excellence in financing and investment services.

Location: Lisbon (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Provide first and
- level support for applications within the Banking and Financing Services area.

• Monitor application status and infrastructure server resources, ensuring optimal performance.

• Manage incidents, crisis calls, and communications, securing resolution within defined SLAs.

• Analyze, plan, and execute technical tasks, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

• Support business users and internal teams, acting as the first point of contact for
- related inquiries.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Application Support or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of Red
Hat Linux, IT infrastructure, and database technologies (Oracle Exadata).

• Experience with ETL tools (IBM Data
Stage) and Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferred).

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Familiar with ITIL practices, Continuous Delivery, and automation/industrialization of deployments.

• Strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills.
