Role Overview:

We are looking for an Application Support (Production) to join one of our biggest clients, a global leader in financial services, known for its strong international presence, focus on digital transformation, and commitment to delivering excellence in IT and business operations.

Location: Lisbon (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Monitor and maintain application stability and availability in production environments.

• Actively contribute to incident and problem management, participating in Situation Rooms and root cause analysis.

• Execute change requests and deployments, ensuring compliance with ITIL and Dev
Ops processes.

• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes with development teams, and support system enhancements.

• Maintain and update documentation, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

• Implement and optimize monitoring tools (e. g. , Dynatrace), collaborating with stakeholders to improve observability.

• Participate in
- call rotations to guarantee 24/7 availability for critical applications.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Application/Production Support.

• Strong expertise in RHEL Linux and Java application servers (Red
Hat JBoss EAP).

• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Open
Shift and API Gateway integration (Axway/APIGee).

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git
Lab, Argo
CD, Jenkins, Nexus) and automation (Ansible, Terraform).

• Familiarity with relational databases (MSSQL Server, Postgre
SQL).

• Strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English.
