Job Title: Application Support Analyst



Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal



Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x/3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux environments, SQL, and scripting, with a strong understanding of ITIL practices.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Provide application support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems.
  
  
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and problem resolution.
  
  
• Develop and maintain scripts in Bash or Python to automate tasks and processes.
  
  
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
  
  
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
  
  

• +2 years of experience in application support in Linux environments.
  
  
• Experience in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
  
  
• Experience with scripting in Bash and/or Python.
  
  
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes.
  
  
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
