Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Support - Night Shift professional to join KCS i
T. Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Employment type: Full-time, Hybrid model in Lisbon. Seniority: Mid (3-5 years). Availability: Night shift (2pm-11pm).

Responsibilities

• Work resolving incidents, answer user requests and monitor production environments (L2).
• Provide timely, effective application support and communicate with stakeholders in English and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar.
• 3-6 years of experience as an Application Support - L2.
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, Oracle, ITIL and Financial Market (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Reside in Portugal; Lisbon-based with hybrid model (2x per week in the office).
• Available to work night shift: 2pm–11pm.
