We're hiring – Application Support (Night Shift)

Lisbon | Hybrid model (2 days/week in office)

Shift: 2pm–11pm

- savvy problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments? Join our team as an Application Support Analyst and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of critical financial applications.

In this role, you’ll provide Level 2 technical support to internal users, monitor systems, resolve incidents, and help deliver production changes — all while keeping business processes running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide functional & technical support for
  - scope applications
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production events
• Ensure smooth execution of batches and production changes
• Maintain and enhance current business processes
• Manage incidents, problems, and document solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively

Tech Stack & Skills

• SQL , Oracle , UNIX/Linux
• ITIL framework knowledge
• Experience in Financial Markets applications
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
