We're hiring – Application Support (Night Shift)

Lisbon | Hybrid model (2 days/week in office)

Shift: 2pm–11pm

- savvy problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments? Join our team as an Application Support Analyst and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of critical financial applications.

In this role, you’ll provide Level 2 technical support to internal users, monitor systems, resolve incidents, and help deliver production changes — all while keeping business processes running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

Provide functional & technical support for
- scope applications

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production events

Ensure smooth execution of batches and production changes

Maintain and enhance current business processes

Manage incidents, problems, and document solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively

Tech Stack & Skills

SQL , Oracle , UNIX/Linux

ITIL framework knowledge

Experience in Financial Markets applications

Strong communication & teamwork skills

Fluent in Portuguese and English
