• Experience in Knowledge management & documentation tools (Share

• 1st and/or 2nd line support experience & coordination with other teams
• ITIL Foundations certification / knowledge
• Experience in cybersecurity platforms & vulnerability handling guidelines
• English fluent with advanced writing skills
