**Position Description**:CGI is looking for an IT Application Support to join our team. **Your future duties and responsibilities**:Main responsabilities:
- Provide functional support to Front office
- Ensure technical support to batch related issues, resolving on
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and follow
- Ensure adherence to APS support shift plan in terms of mailbox, web portal and
- Ensure Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Business
- Ensure that the all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with Application- Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability. - Part of production support team (i. E. Weekend/Public holidays)**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to technical field, or equivalent
- Total of 5+ years of experience as first &
- line (L1 and L2 support) IT Application Support for a business within a
- paced and competitive
- Total of 3+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset
- Experience in wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc. - Good understanding of Wealth Management business processes. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Applications: Hands on experience of Triple ’A functionalities, Portfolio Management, Order Management and Performance Analysis (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Strategy Reconciliation )- Operating Systems: Linux- Languages: Java- Database: SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL (Intermediate)- Methodologies: ITILSKILLS REFERENTIAL:
- Critical Thinking- Communication - Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Extensive experience in daily verbal and written communication with a diverse group of people: business users, IT teams,
