We are looking for a Application Support to join our Team!
What will you do?
✔Provide support for CYS Cybersecurity platforms, focusing on Pilot and Go-live phases.
✔ Assist
- users by resolving incidents, answering questions, and handling service requests.
✔ Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize operational disruptions.
✔ Work closely with Change Management, Communications, and Knowledge teams to integrate user feedback into improvements.
What do you need to succeed?
✅ 5+ years in application support , preferably in international teams
✅ Experience with incident management tools (e. g. Service
Now)
✅ Solid background in 1st/2nd line support and
- team coordination
✅ Fluent English with strong written communication
