Overview

We are expanding our services in the investment management space and are looking for a Sim
Corp Dimension Support Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide
  -
  - day support for clients using Sim
  Corp Dimension, ensuring smooth operation of the platform.
• Troubleshoot issues across modules such as IBOR, accounting, compliance, and performance.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and documentation of system changes.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support upgrades, data migrations, and integration efforts.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of
  - on experience with Sim
  Corp Dimension in a support or operational role.
• Strong understanding of investment operations and financial instruments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or
  - facing environments is highly valued.
