Application Support Lisboa

Overview

We are looking for an Application Support engineer on a hybrid/remote project based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for
  - based applications.
• Respond to incidents, participate in problem and change management (ITIL).
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to resolve issues and improve stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application support, ideally with
  - based apps.
• Strong understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance diagnostics.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows environments and application logs.
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure) and Docker is a plus.
• Scripting skills (e. g. , Bash, Python) for task automation are a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and
  - technical).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Desirable: Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and agile environments.
