What will you do?

• Resolve incidents and support requests, ensuring the efficiency of solutions provided.
• Communicate properly with operational users regarding issue resolution and status updates.
• Coordinate internal global communication between APS IT client teams.
• Apply SLA correctly and fulfill APS IT duties, sharing expertise and knowledge with the team.
• Develop a good understanding of the applications supported by the team (functional and technical).
• Follow the established rules and procedures.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL and Linux/Unix commands.
• Have good knowledge of the Funds industry or experience in financial services.
• Possess an IT or Business degree.
• Have experience in production/application support activities.
• Perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical).
