We’re looking for a Application Support (Lisbon)

Who We're Looking For:

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Providing functional & technical support for key business applications;
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents in
  - time;
• Ensuring smooth execution of batches and production changes;
• Managing incidents, problems, requests, and changes, always with a focus on timely resolution;
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and end users about production events;
• Maintaining and enhancing existing business processes;
• Documenting solutions and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with Oracle databases;
• Familiarity with ITIL framework;
• Solid background in Unix/Linux environments;
• Understanding of Financial Markets (cross-asset knowledge is a plus).

Language Requirement

• English – B2
