Be our NEXT APPLICATION SUPPORT :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e. g. , Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Engineering) or a related field;
- Technical courses in CAD and 3D tools (e. g. , CATIA, Solid
Works, Auto
CAD, AVEVA) are an advantage; - Previous experience in application support / N2 roles;
- Advanced English and French (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and handle incidents and service requests escalated from the N1 team.
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs (quality and response times).
- Identify situations requiring intervention from other teams (N3, business teams) and ensure proper
- up. - Participate in root cause analysis of recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Contribute to maintaining applications in operational condition.
- Update, reclassify, alert, and escalate tickets as necessary.
- Share knowledge and contribute to knowledge bases/documentation.
- Participate in continuous service improvement and problem management activities.
