Job description:
Application Support with C# experience to give support to our application users and work integrated with application development team.
Main Tasks:
- Works closely with Application users and Business Analysts to ensure the product is performing as expected
- Can Contribute to testing and implementation of new functionality and enhancements in the system in accordance with
- wide technical architecture standards - Can access and use source code control repository, Dev
Ops toolchains as well as deployments - Contribute to improve existing software by identifying bugs, optimizations, and efficiency opportunities
- Manages general software issues relating to data integrity, system efficiency, functional architecture, performance etc.
- Provides a clear progress update on tasks to the domain manager on a regular basis, escalates risk and issues in a timely manner
- Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members and sets the technical direction within the scope of the concerned applications
Technical Skills:
- SQL
- C#
- Scripting languages (Shell/Python/other)
- Service Now or other ticketing tool
- GIT, Ansible, Docker and K8s

- English - Expert
