Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the monitoring, integrity, and availability of operations support systems
• Ensuring compliance with the good practices established by ITIL processes in the management of incidents and problems
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining provisioning, configuration, and automation processes
• Analyzing application problems

Minimum Requirements:

• 2/3 years' proven experience in 1st and 2nd line software and
  - oriented application support
