We are looking for an Application Support to join our team, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our applications while supporting users and solving technical issues. Following ITIL best practices, you will work across incident, request, and problem management.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Power
  Shell scripting
• Familiarity with log management tools

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge and
  - on experience with Elastic Search and APM (highly valued)
• Proficiency in English or French (oral and written communication required in at least one of the two languages)

You should also be open to future on-call rotation (24/7) .
