We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructure across our business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Linux and Windows environments, experience in incident management, automation mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and resolve production incidents.
- Coordinate and follow up on technical operations, including electrical shutdowns and server mode changes.
- Participate in change management processes for applications and infrastructure in collaboration with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams.
- Maintain accurate and

- date documentation on application components, architecture, and operational procedures. - Manage backup processes and conduct regular restore tests to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
- Perform load capacity control for applications.
- Contribute to continuous automation and improvement of operational procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to define the architecture of new applications, aligned with infrastructure standards.
Main Technical Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with BMC/Control-M or other industrial schedulers.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or Power
Shell). - Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS.
- Solid experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or My
SQL). - Experience managing infrastructure backups.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix or Grafana preferred).
- Knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
- Good networking knowledge.
