We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructure across our business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Linux and Windows environments, experience in incident management, automation mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and resolve production incidents.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical operations, including electrical shutdowns and server mode changes.
• Participate in change management processes for applications and infrastructure in collaboration with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams.
• Maintain accurate and
  -
  - date documentation on application components, architecture, and operational procedures.
• Manage backup processes and conduct regular restore tests to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
• Perform load capacity control for applications.
• Contribute to continuous automation and improvement of operational procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to define the architecture of new applications, aligned with infrastructure standards.

Main Technical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with BMC/Control-M or other industrial schedulers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or Power
  Shell).
• Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS.
• Solid experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or My
  SQL).
• Experience managing infrastructure backups.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix or Grafana preferred).
• Knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
• Good networking knowledge.
