Application Support
Join our team and take ownership of critical applications, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement across our systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of the application ecosystem and its interfaces
- Respond to user requests and manage incidents within defined SLAs
- Define and document new processes and procedures, promoting shared ownership
- Validate production changes and support application restarts
- Maintain daily communication and knowledge transfer with the Paris team
- Manage incidents in line with GITSDE / ITIL standards, coordinating with production and support teams
- Restore services promptly in case of disruptions
- Monitor environments and key performance indicators
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance service quality
- Identify recurring issues and define action plans to reduce them
