We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Application Support Specialist to join our client's team in Lisbon . This role is ideal for professionals passionate about ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in a production environment. You will play a key part in delivering
- quality IT services and driving
- term solutions through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.


This position offers a hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office) , providing flexibility while fostering team collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain applications within scope, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate in incident management , including participation in Situation Rooms for P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution by identifying trends and implementing definitive solutions.
  • Ensure ITIL governance compliance within IT Production, including adherence to SLAs.
  • Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL and Dev
    Ops processes and tools.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to guarantee smooth business operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations , ensuring 24/7 availability for critical applications.

  • Open
    Shift (microservices)
  • API Gateway principles
  • Operating Systems : RHEL Linux
  • Monitoring Tools : Dynatrace, ELK stack
  • CI/CD : Git
    Lab, Argo
    CD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype
  • Databases : MSSQL Server, Postgre
    SQL
  • Cloud Environments : Support experience
