? We are hiring: Application Support – Lisbon
Join a dynamic IT team supporting critical applications for a leading financial institution. This role bridges users, business analysts, and developers to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of financial related applications.
As an Application Support, you will:
• Provide daily support to application users, ensuring stability and high availability.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to guarantee functionalities meet business needs.
• Contribute to testing and implementation of new features and system enhancements.
• Manage deployments and interact with Dev
Ops toolchains and source code repositories.
• Identify bugs, propose optimizations, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and application performance.
• Escalate risks/issues when necessary and provide regular progress updates.
• Mentor and guide team members, setting the technical direction when needed.
What we are looking for:
• Strong experience with SQL and C#.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python or similar).
• Experience with Service
Now or other ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with GIT, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent

• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and flexibility in handling challenges.
• English: fluent.
