We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with at least 6 years of professional experience in application support and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing user assistance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring the stability and reliability of business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to end users of business applications, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve
- related incidents and issues. - Perform application maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement
- term solutions. - Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization of application support practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in application support, incident resolution, and application maintenance.
- Strong
- solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Based in Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or hybrid availability may apply).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, databases, or scripting languages.
